8 Scoops of your favorite protein powder
1/3 of a cup Almond butter
2-4 tbsp honey (optional)
1 cup of Oatmeal
2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Craisins or Raisins- how much is up to you
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 cups almond milk
1 cup raspberries/1/4 cup chopped up almonds
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix (except the raspberries/silvered almonds). Afterwards you can use a little bit of extra honey to stick the chopped almonds/raspberries on the top and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
